Consider taking a Bradley Method® Class

Why Bradley® Classes? Because they are the most thorough classes you can get. By completing the series, you will receive information about exercise, nutrition, breastfeeding, general anatomy, process of labor and birth, how to write a birth plan, how to determine the need for interventions, how to avoid a cesarean, how to handle an emergency and Dr. Bradley's method of natural childbirth.

Individual Attention Bradley® classes are limited to 8 couples per class. This ensures you the one on one contact with the instructor you need to find answers to questions, perfect your labor or coaching techniques, or receive the encouragement you need.

Stay Low Risk Bradley® Classes stress the importance of staying low risk during pregnancy to ensure you have the most options possible when you begin labor. Although some circumstances are beyond a mother's control, there are many things you can do now to prepare your body, and increase your chances of remaining healthy and low risk.

It Works! The AAHCC® (agency that trains Bradley® teachers) keeps records of the students who take classes. They consistently show anywhere from 80 - 95% of mothers who study the Bradley Method® are able to achieve their goal of a natural birth.
